There have been patches for that, but it still will not make BP 7.0 into a
32-bits compiler, so it efectively makes OS/2 1.x "console mode" programs.
No large segments, no Presentation Manager/windowed programs. What they did was
to patch the Windows 3.1/DPMI mode to create OS/2 console applications instead.
