AF> Allergies hve nothing to do with the issue at hand and would tend
AF> to drive a person towards avoiding beverages which produce an allergic

Again you dispute the concepts held by those who are really into
nutrition. That came from Sally Rockwell, a nutritionist in Seattle who
has received world wide attention for her work on the rotation diet.
She states flatly that we tend to crave that which we are allergic to.
Her basic degree came from the University of Washington and she has done
post graduate work at John Bestyr in Seattle, the Naturopathic college.
JK> > And since you refuse to admit that enzymes have anything to do

what I wrote.
AF> I have never refused to admit anything about enzymes or allergies,
AF> merely that there is such a thing as a genetic alcoholic.
How long was your nose after your wrote the above sentence?
AF> To return to the issue of tolerance, it is perfectly possible for
AF> a person to develop a certain tolerance to alcohol (although not
AF> a healthy thing to do of course) without becoming an alcoholic.
AF> The present world would be in a much sorrier state if this were
AF> not the case.
Of course. One has nothing to do with the other. The alcoholic has a
marked lack of tolerance shortly after his or her drinking career
begins. At first the tolerance may be much higher than that of the so
called "normal" people.
That tolerance fades rapidly right along with the supply of
alcoholdehydrogenase.
