Hello All!

It appears that in its old age, the Echolist robot has forgotten how to
process rules updates.

I submitted the rule for this echo, received an ACK from the robot, but low
and behold, it did not update the rules file.  I processed a submission
from another moderator, and while the robot ack'd the submission, it did
not place the rules file in the correct file area.

I've checked paths for the robot and they seem to be correct.

I would appreciate a few rules submissions with newly created rules
files....I need to determine if the robot is maintaing an old file because
of an old date, or not copying the submission into the rules directory.

As you can see...there are some rules dated in the current month/year

If you do NOT see a more recent version of your rules file, please resubmit,
