John, then you made this erroneous claim:

This is absolutely false. In my articles, I make it very clear when my
beliefs are solidly based on the Scriptures -- and I share Scriptures to
prove them -- and when I am just offering my personal speculation; but you
wouldn't know this, because you refuse to take the time to read them. You
hypocritically claim that I am not open to the opinions of others, when you
won't even read my work. Isn't this the pot calling the kettle black?

Fine, John. Kindly show yourself to the door. Sadly, you refuse to accept
the Door of the sheep for who He really is:

"Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the
door of the sheep. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but
the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he
shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture."
John 10:7-9, KJV

Either Jesus is lying, or else He is telling the truth. Which is it, John?

John, you can continue to believe that I am simply on an ego trip, and hold
to "an extremely narrow view" if you want, but your problem is the exact
opposite. You are so open to false beliefs, that you have apparently become
confused regarding what the truth really is: Jesus Christ. You claim to
accept the teachings of Christ, yet you deny, or at the very least,
seriously doubt, the very essence of His teachings, and why He came here.

Again you reveal how little you really understand the Bible. So much of both
the Old Testament and the New Testament deals with future prophetic events,
and the Endtime, that I don't know how you can possibly even make such a
comment. Studying eschatology is by no means a distraction. The Bible makes
it rather clear that God wants us to know and to understand what is coming,
so that we can prepare our hearts, minds and spirits for it, because we will
be tested.

From Isaiah to Ezekiel to Daniel to Matthew 24 and other Gospel chapters, to
1 and 2 Thessalonians, to Peter, to Revelation, so much vital information is
revealed to us regarding the Endtime. Why in the world would God choose to
provide us with this information, unless He purposely wants us to understand
it?

Thus, the Apostle Paul was inspired to write:

"But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day [Christ's Return]
should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the
children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let
us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober."
1 Thessalonians 5:4-6, KJV

Are you walking in spiritual darkness and confusion, John? Are you asleep as
Paul says? Well, your comments in this echo certainly say a lot about you.

That is all that I have to say to you. I hope that someday the confusion
will be lifted from your mind and heart, and that you will be able to see
clearly once and for all.
