If the neighbour has the skills, yes. But even if you had your own wi-fi
router, hacking into it is possible. Think of that router as a wi-fi
hotspot server. Do you feel comfortable using those? Why (not)?
The odds are that your data stream won't be intercepted by your
neighbour. If you're really paranoid, get your own wi-fi router/modem
and plug it into your own phone line. Be sure to put a nice strong
password on it, otherwise your neighbour can use it for free.
Wi-fi included in the rental price is IMO no real advantage. You still
have to pay your own ISP, don't you?
