I recently saw the film "Expelled - No Intelligence Allowed"
(on opening day even). It's a "documentary"
 (more like a propaganda piece) by Ben Stein (look to the main vid window
for a preview).
 Well, it's a pro-intelligent design film. Although Ben tries to make it
out that it's objective. It, and he, are not!

 Ben DOES offer time to the opposition, sure.
 But said offerings are clearly edited to make the subject's antagonists
look silly and/or petulent.

 Anyone with any intelligence will also readily note the numerous logical
fallacies Stein
 and his I.D. believing crew of "scientists" profer, as well.

 For instance, it offers that Darwinism effectively was the impetus for Fascism.
 After all, Hitler believed in Evolution.
 Of course Hitler was also married...so if the "logic" follows
heterosexuals are Nazis (or at least more apt to be).

 Please DO see the film though!
 It was a larf! ;)
 And it illustrates COMPLETELY the lenghts religionists and right-wingers will go
 to with their twisting of the facts and logic. As well as how stupid most
religionists are.

 I'm working on a more detailed examination of the logical fallacies of the film
 (and of logical fallacies in general) but I'll leave people time to see the film.
