Hello all. I've just started brewing, with batch 1 just finished. I found that according to the hydrometer, it was not supposed to be ready. A week after the bubbling stopped I took a chance anyway. Any comments on reliability of these instruments? Also, we have three apple trees. Has anyone tried to make cider?
