I'm not a lawyer either, but layman Mikey has been told that if you want to
have much luck to collect damages over the issue, it's smart to actually
register the material here in this country! He's also been told that it
isn't good enough here in the USA to just get it into the sources and docs,
but you also, at least where screen output is present in the code where a
user sees a visual part of the program, one has to get the copyright notice
to display at least once after startup for the user....
For the echo record, C++ code isn't any different than any other code at this
level of it, I suspect, but maybe we get a Copyright class? :)
