At this point it had better be. That "pump fake" (Or, more
appropriately, bait and switch) move is the lame. Especially in the
sense of trust in the negotiations.

I also wouldn't be suprised if Governor Arnold S. took a more active
role favoring the writers as he is close friends with James Cameron.
(Or is that way too much to speculate on? This has to be tough for the
Gov. with his ties to and affection for both the studio business and
the writers.)
