Nah, that wouldn't justify lethal force, but a "throwaway"(a gun
found/confiscated and not officially existing, gets put next to the body
of whomever they 'accidentally' shot & all of a sudden, it's a case of
"self defense" on the part of the police officer, and nobody argues with
the use of a gun against a gun-wielding attempted cop-killer!
