of the local area.  My daughter, Christine, adored Emma Engle.  She
thought Mrs. Engle was the absolutely most delightful story teller in
the world.  And I think she was probably right.  Emma Engle reciprocated
that affection.  She adored Christine.  Emma Engle wept for days after
Christine's death.
