JK} I,m not sure about your local laws. I would talk with the Rescue Squad
JK} administraters and ask thmem what the course allows you to do in the 
field.
JK} will also discuss this with a NREMTP that is an EMT-B instructor in VA. 
and
JK} him to explain what the First Responders course allows one to perform 
here.
JK} sounds more like an EMT-B course to me though with AED's involved.
