Sounds like bloat to me.  Remove the fish immediately so it won't infect 
anyone else.  If you want, you can put it in a seperate tank or bowl and see 
if it has babies, but if I'm right, it will probably start swimming funny in 
a few days, and eventually will die from the intense pressures inside it's 
body.
