Ah, I see. Well, that'd be decidedly later than the period my wife is
collecting...she's into 19th/early 20th Century Porcelain and Bisque...
Does your Mum have acess to a computer and/or e-mail account? There are some
*excellent* private Doll Maillists that I could pass info on about (once I
ask my wife!)...they discuss all eras, and have some pretty good set sale
lists as well...I just bought a Mint in Box "Chairry" for my Pee-Wee Herman
Doll, and my wife is buying an early 19th century pressed solid-wood
composition doll that was made in her hometown in Vermont, so as you can see,
the discussions and lists cover from *real* antiques to modern pieces.
I occasionally score some great toys from those dealers as well!
