Apparently so, mate.  Mind you it is normally only a one-way gating of
newsgroup (NG) messages brought in by Robert (1:14/400), while still being
an echo IAC.  Since the original Fido moderator and most participants moved
to the NG it seemed the only way to keep in touch with the B5 universe.

Prepare for the deluge of messages after Robert clears the current
blockage, perhaps...
