If the Silver Dollar is new to the tank you can assure it will
take quite sometime before the Dollar settles in. Try reducing
the light to twilight buy placing tin foil strip under the lamp,
on top the cover glass to give it a blind spot strip at the
back of the tank. Watch your water temp & PH close cuz Silvers
will get ich if stressed out.. It will take about 2 to 3 weeks
or even more if the tank is active and over lit. Dollars are
timid fish and not suggested for new fish keepers with
small tanks.. After the Dollar settles in increase the light
a little at a time till back to normal..
