You mean you dont have a controller ??
This board  does not have on board controller.
For an XT the controller is usually seperate for Hard Drive and Floppy.
It was very rare for an XT multi I/O board to include both Hard drive and
Floppy control.
I do have a working Hard drive controller and an I/O board (with floppy
control) but no docs  on these I am afraid. You could have them for $5.00
each if you want but suggest you read my previous message regarding Netmail
before you decide .
