Actually,  Nothing directly effects the echo as for say.   if the revision
passes.  Moscow_Oklahoma Rules and Regulations will reflect the changes.

Amend Rule 1 to show the change where it states about Policy 4.07, changing to
4.08 or 5.00  whatever,
