FREQ MSGPST11.* (~50K) from 3:633/260.  With any luck it should be
available locally.  The archive includes C source, from which I've
successfully recompiled 16-bit DOS and 32-bit OS/2 versions using Borland
C/C++ (3.1 for DOS, 1.0 for OS/2) and MSGAPI38.
