The "spec" (40G disk, no expansion capabilities) kind of sucks for a modern server, but I guess that depends on what you're using it to serve. And $500 seems high to me for such a system. You could put together a faster AMD-based system with more disk and expansion capabilities for less money. It might make a nice desktop for casual use though.
