Caldera bought all of Digital Research from Novell, including Novell DOS
(formerly DR DOS, now Caldera OpenDOS) and CP/M.
Caldera OpenDOS does include Stacker drive compression, but it is always
optional whether you want to use it.
The main advantage of OpenDOS is that it bundles full peer-to-peer
networking, although not in a convenient or compatible manner for use with
anything else.
