Argus is a 32-bit mailer for NT/95.  It can work as a telnet interface, but 
your BBS package has got to know how to handle a telnet socket.  Argus is 
best used as an IP-mailer.  If you want inbound telnet under 95/NT, you're 
best to use COM/IP or NetModem.  As for outbound telnet, I've yet to find one 
that will run under NT.
