In FTS-5001.006 from 2017-08-13 I read that the ICM flag is moved from section
5.1 to section 5.19,
but I donot see a section 5.19 in that document !? ;-).
What do I do wrong, and can you explain this?

The other point is that there are more redundancies then mentioned in that
list. See my recent message to mark lewis.
