Hello All!

There still seem to be some kinks with the Echolist Robot talking to IREX.

It appears that the email communications are OK...and I think I have
figured out the problems with the outbound echomail and routed netmail.

If you do make an update, I would apprecite you letting me know
A. Did you receive and ACK, and if so was it via netmail or email.
B. Did you see your update in the Echolist announcement echo

If you saw neither of the above, let me know what echo you updated and when.
As near as I can tell, the updates are getting here and being processed.
