I can believe it; I was born up near Cleveland so I know all about
humidity. :-)  While it's true that Tucson has low humidity, we do get a
bit when the monsoons hit (Jun/Jul/Aug) but that's usually it.  Phoenix
is more humid than Tucson due to more water in reservoirs, etc.
