subject: MAX/2 2.02 trap when filling `To:` field03:01:5201/29/98

Hi everybody !
Well, since a couple of weeks, I'm experimenting strange behaviours
of Maximus/2 2.02 (yeah, I know, it's an old one).
The problem happens:
- in the Private area (squish base), not in echomail areas
I've already:
- sqpackp/sqreidxp/sxfix32p this area
- maidp/siltp/fbp/... anything possible ;)
Maximus crashes when entering a name in the 'To:' field, with this
message: "The BBS has ended because of an exception trap.
Please wait while an attempt is made to record this bad news..."
My popuplog.os2 says:

Any ideas about the cause of this sys3175 ?
Running Warp 4 + FP5 and 4OS2 3.0
I have maxcomm.dll/msgapi.dll/snserver.dll both in my \max directory
_and_ in a directory in the libpath (\dll2) and never changed this
for years, but some weirdness happened a couple of weeks ago.
NB: My config.sys has lines longer then 256 chars (maybe even 512),
could it be a cause of the traps ??
Thanks for any hints.
                                                    Friendly. Josian.
... There's just not enough sax and violins on TV.
