A) Not that I can recall (and I think I would).

B) In "Ship of Tears", Bester is quite explicit about both a
Shadows/Clarke connection and Shadows infiltrating the Psi Corps.
Obviously, Bester is not much to be trusted, but his actions are all in
keeping with these things being true.
