You can't go feeling guilty. It is true. We' and our animals are gonna die.
You did not go out of your way to give them to your dog to make it ill. And
likelihood, is you didn't. I think you are right it is human nature.

CH> You know 'they' do the same to us humans. When someone gets sick and
CH> dies of something suddenly it's unsafe for all of us.. sigh. I guess
CH> "they" just want us to play it safe.

Yeah, thats why magazines like prevention and such have such a hold over
people. We want to believe we can change the course and have control over our
lives. We can to some extent, but not nearly as much as we think. but there
are those who would make money off of our guilt and fears. Back when I was
into bodybuilding I found it rather odd that in Joe Wieders magazines, he'd
have a huge article on like Page 20 saying how Human Growth hormone did
absolutely nothing in the quantities allowed over the counter. It was a waste
of time and money. On page 44 he is selling the product for 39.00 dollars a
bottle.

Same way, you want your dog to be a runt? You wnat him to have poor health?
Then YOU better feed him our brand of dog food. Not only that, but there are
about 7 different varieties of the dog food. Premium Dog foods are the worst.
I use Iams ( good or bad ) It has to have about 6 different varieties, all to
make our dogs the best they can be. I doubt there is too much difference
betwen them, but price. Theres adult, there's Large Breed ( of which they say
and which I agree, has too much protein and the dog grows too fast and has
joint and skeletal problems. And many more.

They want us to play safe, as long as we play THEIR way!

Kinda like my old breeder too. I told you she prefered her dogs have natural
diet. Well, her formula for natural diet back in the early 80s, has about 4 of
the ingredients they tell you not to feed dogs today.

Oh Well, go figure... 8-)
