As to the "why," I am not sure.  I saw the rules you posted nineteen
minutes AFTER that reinstatement of a ban.  I am guessing it was the "no
cussing" rule.  But that rule didn't exist at the time, and there was a
co-moderator message suggesting that flaming is allowed.  Could you
elaborate on the "why?"
