Found the problem.  Sync'ing of NDS.  Syncing shut down in our tree because 
one of the servers in a partition of the tree shutdown TTS.  All I had to do 
was ENABLE TTS on the server where it shut down and bingo, sync'ing was back 
working.  Course, with a week's worth of transactions, it took a while to 
sync, even with all servers on FDDI.
