New Proposed Echo : RC_4SALE

o  This echo is for BUYING, BARTERING, and SELLING.
   Take personal correspondance, flames, etc to somewhere
   more appropriate, such as NETMAIL.  If your sysop does 
   not give you access to netmail, you are more than welcome 
   to use my system free of charge.
o  Haggling over prices is ONLY acceptable when you are 
   buying, selling, or bartering the merchandise in question.
   Do NOT comment on a price unless you are planning to come
   up with a counter-offer.  It's not fair to those trying
   to sell their stuff.
o  Post with real names.  If that is not possible, sign it
   with a real name.  Calling your mother up and asking for
   "Space Ranger Spiff"  or trying to pronounce 
   "ThE (aPsBr0kEnKeyMeiS+er" over the network is not a neat
   thing to do.
o  Post a bloody phone number if you are interested in selling your 
   stuff.  The harder you make it on others to contact you, the harder 
   it will be to sell your stuff.  (This goes to buyers as well!)
o  No BBS advertisements!  There are better places for that.
o  No explicit adult material!  There are kids watching.
   If you have questions on how far you can go, contact me privately.
o  Be polite!  Show others courtesy, and use tact; the way
   you treat them here (in front of millions of people) is
   how they are going to end up treating you back.
o  As for warrantees, etc:  There are none.  I encourage buyers to get
   receipts, with the terms of the sale directly on the receipt
   (ie, AS-IS, GUARANTEED AGAINST Deffects FOR 7 DAYS, etc).
   One thing to remember, though, on any sale:  caveat emptor.
   You should always weigh in the chance that the merchandise
   may not live up to your expectations.
o  Anyone having a problem should contact me, or take it to netmail.
   Do NOT stir up a big mess in the echo itself; it ruins people's
   ability to use RC_4SALE for what it was designed for.
   If you need access to netmail, you may call my board.  Access is free;
   toll charges may be applicable depending on the area you are calling.
