I'd actually aviod the TOm Thumb although I used to use one.. they can be 
exceptionally harsh if used improperly. I just go back and retrain the 
horse.. it's something I've done before and am doing again with Kiss.

I think they have an age limiter on the use of Bosals as they do in AQHA,PHBA
