It was Donna that origionally posted the recipe, but the version I use is 
ust
flour and water. Add enough water to give it kind of a whole milk like
consistancy, then dip a newspaper piece in it, scrape off the excess, and lay
it in place on the project, continuing the process till it's a few layers
thick.
