These items are more a result of bad printer setups or misalignment -
hard to avoid.  I do all proofreading possible on-screen, but there is a
limit.  Besides, the synergy of the finished paper passel of a report is
just not available on the screen.  Fax's I dont sent via computer are
usually handwritten cover sheets plus file sheets..

office gimmick.. FInally if you don't want something to get out of your
office, then don't commit it to paper..
