Reuters - Canadian winemaker Vincor International Inc.  on Wednesday
 said it had rejected an unsolicited takeover offer from U.S. rival
 Constellation Brands Inc. , calling the C$1.1 billion bid
 "opportunistic and inadequate."

    NRG in talks to purchase Texas Genco:WSJ (Reuters)

Reuters - Power-plant operator NRG Energy Inc.  is in advanced
 discussions to purchase Texas Genco Holdings Inc., in a deal expected
 to be valued at $5 billion or more, the Wall Street Journal said on
 Wednesday.

    Kodak says digital profits disappoint (Reuters)

Reuters - Eastman Kodak Co.  on Wednesday said operating profit from
 digital products is lower than expected because of weakness in its
