Yep, but you wouldn't want the above version.  I have been beta-testing
Paul Edwards' rewritten and enhanced versions of Msged for several weeks
now, and with a bit of luck, v3.03 will be hatched for public distribution
this coming weekend.  Paul has added some new features, swatted several
bugs which were evident in prior versions, and has compiled both DOS and
32-bit OS/2 executables.  I'm running the OS/2 version now, and it is
extremely stable.
