Yes I sure can. You take the bigger light bulbs and of course they are
in different colors.  use brown pipe cleaners and glue them on as
antlers.  Jiggle eyes for the eyes. a small red pompom for the red nose.
not on the very end but on the same side as the eyes. the antlers are
attached where the screw in part is on the bulb.  then you use ribbon
your choice of color. I used white and red and green.. you can also
attach a jingle bell if you wish.  they do look cute. I got it out of an
old Aleene's craft magazine.
