     Aquatic plants thrive upon the waste of fish.  My personal advice would
 be to increase the amount of fish in the tank, thus creating more waste,
 thus making your plants more lush.  Also, the lighting is especially
 important.  You need lights that simulate the natural spectrum of the sun.
 Or to position your tank in such a manner that it receives direct sunlight
 through the window.
