I realy have to do that.....although the local electric company just
completed a massive re-wire of a 20 block area.....put a lot of stuff

NA.....they are hoping that my having terrible copper systems, people will
switch to FIOS....the problem for them is that the city will not let run
FIOS until thet either agree to maintain the copper correctly or sell the
copper system to someone who will.
