I had tried the pipes as you described early on without success but
after looking at the the link you provided, I noticed that there was a
colon after "setfont" in the example. There was a no mention of that
in the man pages that I saw and I probably would have never have found
it because all my web searches were in regard to the fonts themselves.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. You saved me from going down the
wrong road for at least several more hours.
