If thats the case, then it's the CO not you who need to wake up :)   ...  I 
noticed that too awhile back.  After making several calls to Repair, (and 
have others complain :) ....  The problem ended.   
Best thing?....  Keep complaining.  Tho I have heard nightmares about US 
Phone Companies not knowing a thing about the phone system, thus saying 
"Theres nothing wrong here, it YOUR end".
