Hi Bob,
HR>Hi Jim, ld, Tom, Andrew and other RatBusters and wannabes:
> Anyone had any success with what seems to be an excellent concept?
>Anyone had landowners, farmers make cold calls to you asking to come bust
>varmints with airarms? I wish you all success....just was wondering if
>anyone's had any.
When we first started doing this, we'd get lots of leads but most of
them came from parts of the country where we were NOT. Now that there
are more people on the roster, that should help. I haven't actively
distributed the notice in quite a while, but when I did, I did get
responses! So like I said before, it depends entirely on how much you
promote it by distributing the notice either electronically or in
printed form where it's likely to find people who need help with their
vermin problem.
>p.s. When I have more free time, I'll likely want to become a "RatBuster"
>too. Or seeing as I use the less efficient but cheaper .177 caliber
>pells, I could afford to expand my coverage and be a "Bug Buster"....ie.
>BR50 on garden snails, slugs and bugs.
I got your response, and the email version has been updated with your
info. I'll be updating the web page somewhat less often than the
emailed roster.
Jim
