I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but WaterGate keeps a
statistics file and has a utility to process it.  It can generate
reports on traffic (kb or messages) broken down by system or area, but
I think info on individual usernames is still on the to-do list.  (The
information is added to the statistics file, though, and it would be
easy to extract.)
