The Kigali transmissions, when they are heard here between 2200 and 0000 UTC are pretty strong signals. Sometimes, the Sines relay is very good. At other times, Sines doesn't have the punch and sounds like it is way off in the distance. That's propagation for you. My location is in San Diego, California.
