Hello everyone,
  Effective with this message and at the request of John Grove, I have
  submitted an update to the Echolist entry for this echo which changes
  me from the Co-Moderator to the Moderator.  John will still be lurking
  from time to time.  I will still reply to messages addressed to
  Co-Moderator as I have always done though I will also now respond to
  messages directed to Moderator.
  There will not be any changes in the rules for this echo since I have
  been posting the rules anyhow, I don't see anything that would need to
  be changed.  The only changes that have been made is to change my
  identification from Co-Moderator to Moderator.  John is also listed as
  a Moderator of this echo and will provide a backup for me when needed.
  The Tiny Tafel archive files that John was generating and hatching
  into the GSDS system will continue to be produced and hatched.  John
  has said that he will be making one last hatching prior to my taking
  over providing that service.  I am presently looking at generating a
  new archive file on a monthly basis though I'll have to play it by ear
  initially until I can get a better feel for how large of a file that
  would result in.  I ask you to please bear with me while I come up to
  speed on this aspect of managing this echo.
  Since I have been mainly handling the day-to-day operation of this
  echo anyhow along with the Tiny Tafel Reply echo, there shouldn't be
  any noticeable difference(s) as far as anyone should notice.
  I will start to collect TT's for the June archive file starting with
  those TT's that arrive on my system on June 1, 1996.
