They're two related but distinct products. Watcom is a C/C++ compiler
which both targets and hosts multiple platforms. Optima++ is a RAD tool
for Windows. Optima++ doesn't support MFC or even allow direct access
to the Windows API. It essentially allows you to drag and drop
components on a frame, and creates the code for you.
