I wasnt going to prosecute him under the old rules, but the new ones and
Steve Ashers threats made any case anyone could make worse, I dont respond
well to blackmail.

As I previously stated, he hung himself with his own rope.

To answer a question posed to me earlier...

I wrote the new ruleset, quite suddenly on or about the 22/23rd, I made
them in full force on May 1st, to give others time to absorb them, albeit a
few aspects of them I started early like the real names bit.

I apologize that many of you were less than patient, Ceppa resigned by
disobeying the rules, that was doing things under my terms, no Ashers or
anyone elses.

He is still a participant of the echo, so please do not go out of the way
to taunt him, remember the rope..
