Unfortunately I can provide little information.
It is a 16 bit card with "PC/AT SCSI HOST ADAPTER" stamped on it.
It also has "MOUNTAIN COMPUTER    MADE IN USA 1990" stamped on
it. It may be
possible to obtain more info from WESTERN COMPUTERS in Brisbane as the card
came in a machine supplied by them.
