Sometimes when users post to a mailing list, it's flawless.  Other times,
¨I get a personal message "Submission to mailing list..." that I
don't know ¨how to approve.  There shouldn't be anything like this
happening, all of ¨the users that this occurs with have posting access.

Any ideas?
