Hello All!

Based on messages telling me about rules files submitted and ACKS recieved,
it appears that the Robot may or may not add rules files to the rules
directory qhen the messages are submitted.

Here are the rules on file:

As soon as I can determine a sane way to process rules files manually, I
will post and folks that do not see their rules on file can submkit them
again.
